Questions about your data: {contactEmail}.

Analytics

Only if you accept: Google Analytics 4 (property G-075VNM5J1Q, run by Google Ireland Ltd.) counts which pages are read and how visitors move to the Academy. It sets Google Analytics cookies. Advertising storage and personalisation stay off.

If you decline, or choose nothing, nothing is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time with Analytics settings at the bottom of every page.

In your browser only

Your analytics choice is kept in your browser (localStorage), not in a cookie.

We store your map display preferences (light/dark, icon style) in your browser only.

None of this is sent to us.

Newsletter

When you subscribe, your email address goes to our mailing list at Wix (Wix.com Ltd.), only to send you the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Academy

Classes, tickets, payments and member accounts run on the Org Topologies Academy at Wix, under its own privacy terms.

Member directory

The member directory lists people certified in our classes: name, role, photo, badges and a LinkedIn link. To change or remove your listing, write to {contactEmail}.

Videos

Videos show a still picture first. Only when you press play does the player load from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com, Google).

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web server, it processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and object to its use. Write to {contactEmail}.

You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
