About the event
What this session is about
Agile has not delivered on its promise to create product development organizations that display high adaptivity, innovation, and resilience. Instead, developing products with many teams is painful and requires a huge amount of effort in wasteful activities like coordination.
We are reaching the end of the first wave of Agile which was focused on creating Agile teams and attempting to develop products at scale. Alexey and Roland propose to move into the second wave of the Agile revolution to achieve true business agility. This will require deep changes in your organizational design.
Org Topologies is an approach to help you to understand which changes are required in your context and to help you gradually and purposefully drive effective change toward a higher level of adaptivity.
Program
- Introduction of the Org Topologies Map.
- Understanding the first wave of Agile: creating perfect teams.
- What is the second wave of Agile?
- How to create true inter-team collaboration toward business agility.

"Highly recommended! This training shows the disadvantages of how organizations tend to scale and the pitfalls of a framework approach... It shows the way in the transformation journey towards the perfection state of high adaptivity and innovation, with tips and tools to move from working as a group of teams to working as one team (of teams)."
