About the event

These practical live sessions are for executives, managers, consultants, and change agents who want to redesign their organization for performance — and then let AI accelerate it.

SCHEDULE

This class is conducted in English over four 3-hour Zoom sessions, spread across three weeks:

  1. Wed, 10 November, 11:00 - 15:00 CET

  2. Thu, 17 November, 11:00 - 15:00 CET

  3. Wed, 24 November, 11:00 - 15:00 CET

WHY THIS MATTERS

AI makes people and teams faster. But faster people inside the same structure don't add up to a better business. Swap every car on a jammed highway for a Ferrari, and the highway is still jammed.

Most organizations were built for narrow roles, fixed handoffs, and slow change, while the world around them keeps getting faster. AI doesn't fix that. It amplifies whatever is already there. In a rigid organization, it speeds up local output and leaves system performance flat.

That is why org design matters more than ever. To get lasting value from AI, an organization needs a structure that fits its purpose: the right capabilities, the right mandates, and a way to keep evolving without yet another disruptive reorg.

In this class, executives, managers, consultants, and change agents learn a practical way to map their organization, see where it holds them back, and redesign it deliberately. You leave able to shape an organization that is more adaptive and more coherent, and that turns AI speed into performance across the whole system.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Org Topologies™ and the MADE loop for strategic org design

Org Topologies™ gives you a shared language for how structure serves strategy, how organizational capabilities are shaped, and how to evolve your organization toward a better fit for its purpose. The class is hands-on: you work on your own organization, not on textbook cases.

You will learn to:

  • Map your organization using 16 org design archetypes in product development

  • Recognize the four archetype groups and what separates them

  • Tell the three topologies apart — Resource, Delivery and Adaptive — and understand the dynamics of each

  • Choose the design your strategy needs, instead of copying someone else's model

  • Run the MADE loop (Map, Assess, Design, Elevate) to improve step by step instead of reorganizing

  • Apply Strategic AI to accelerate your chosen design, not your current dysfunction

…plus many more models and practices to help you, your leadership team and your people evolve the organization for AI-augmented work.

10X ORG AND ORG TOPOLOGIES

10X ORG

The course draws on two bodies of work. Org Topologies™ is an organizational design and management system: a map and a shared language for seeing how your organization is set up and deciding where it should move next.

The book 10X ORG, written as a business novel, follows one company through that journey and adds the principles and Elevating Katas that make it practical.

One 10X ORG idea runs through the whole course: org design, then AI. Start with what the organization needs to achieve. Then explore how people and AI can make it possible.

Org Topologies helps you:

  • Connect strategy with structure, so the strategy survives contact with the org chart

  • Improve the quality of change through a simple, shared design language

  • Get change going with small, experimental steps instead of big-bang reorganizations

TRAINER

Alexey Krivitsky

Alexey Krivitsky is an organizational design advisor, co-creator of Org Topologies (with Roland Flemm), and co-author of 10X Org, an Amazon-#1-bestseller in Management Science. He helps leaders design and evolve their organizations for the agentic AI age.

He started as a software engineer in Kyiv in 2000 and still builds software with AI agents himself, so the agentic side of this course comes from practice, not from reading about it.

Since 2010, he has worked with product organizations including BMW, Boehringer Ingelheim, Rovio, Flix, PandaDoc, and PrivatBank. Earlier, as a Certified Scrum Trainer and Certified LeSS Trainer, he trained thousands of practitioners and leaders worldwide, and he founded the Agile Eastern Europe conference. Follow Alexey's homepage.

BECOMING A CERTIFIED ORG TOPOLOGIES PRACTITIONER

Org Topologies Certified Practitioner Badge

You will receive a certificate of attendance after completing the class.

You will also be eligible to obtain the Certified Org Topologies Practitioner certificate (C-OTP accreditation). This requires a written case study or experience report showing how you applied the knowledge in practice. The class price includes the certification fee.
