Alexey Krivitsky helps leaders design and evolve organizations for the agentic AI age, after twenty years at the intersection of software engineering, organizational change and management.
He is the co-creator of Org Topologies™ and co-author of 10X ORG, founded Agentic Shift, created the Professional Agentic Product Engineering (PAPE) guide, and has advised leadership teams at Flix/FlixTech, BMW and Boehringer Ingelheim. Earlier he was a Certified Scrum Trainer and created Lego4Scrum.

Roland Flemm became a Scrum Master in 2009, after a 20-year career as a developer and infrastructure specialist. Since 2015 he has worked as an international consultant, focused on large-scale Scrum adoptions.
He is the co-creator of Org Topologies™, the creator of the Koos Coach agile comic series and of the “Elements of Scrum” Scrum cards.

Craig Larman is an organizational design consultant and, with Bas Vodde, the co-creator of Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) and co-author of Scaling Lean & Agile Development. He is known for “Larman’s Laws of Organizational Behavior”.
He joined Alexey and Roland to write 10X ORG and contributed to the Org Topologies™ model.
