About the event
In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, it is more important than ever for organizations to be fit for purpose. This implies taking ownership of your org design to provide the desired organizational capabilities (e.g., adaptability). We have developed a practical two-day course for executives, managers, and consultants to learn about org design and its application.
The course will give you the skills to design, assess, and maintain any ecosystem. We discuss revolutionary organizational designs with Business Agility at the enterprise-wide level to solve complicated challenges. We teach how to create high-performing organizations within your existing context without implementing new frameworks.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN DURING THIS TWO-DAY WORKSHOP
Org Topologies™ will enable you to own and master your path toward a state more fit for purpose. Whatever direction of development is suitable for your context, after the training, you will know how to make your organization more focused, allowing you to stay relevant for your customers and stakeholders in the long run.
The course explores the uncharted higher states of high adaptability. This territory is often referred to as Business Agility. By embracing business agility, organizations can compete and thrive in the digital age by seizing market shifts and new opportunities. We will explore organizational capabilities, behaviors, and methodologies that enable companies to achieve these aspirational goals with freedom, flexibility, and resilience.
Before making organizational changes, a solid understanding of the existing system is necessary. Taught by the creators of Org Topologies™ in an innovative format called “Org Design Studio” that allows participants to sketch, prototype, iterate, evaluate, and improve different org design options with ease.
