About the event

Lizard Optimization

Lizard Optimization is a way to gain deep understanding of underserved customers by mixing exploratory testing, observability and product experimentation. From an organizational perspective, it promotes bridging the gap between customer servicing/support and product management, speeding up product feedback loops and empowering product teams with valuable insight from unexpected usage.

This talk is a quick overview of the Lizard Optimization process, with a case study of a product where it helped unlock 500 times (not percent) growth year-on-year.  Learn how to steer your product growth gently without overcomplicating delivery and focusing on value, and how cheap and dirty observability can provide the necessary information to make informed decisions, understand your audience better and improve your products.

"Highly recommended! This training shows the disadvantages of how organizations tend to scale and the pitfalls of a framework approach... It shows the way in the transformation journey towards the perfection state of high adaptivity and innovation, with tips and tools to move from working as a group of teams to working as one team (of teams)."
