A two-day, in-person bootcamp for leaders and consultants who want to shape higher-performing organizations and turn more of AI’s promise into real business results.


Unlike technical AI bootcamps that focus mainly on tools, prompts, or implementation, this bootcamp focuses on the organizational structures, mandates, and management choices that determine whether AI actually improves business results.


Based on Org Topologies and 10X Org, this bootcamp helps you rethink and redesign organizations where people and AI can learn, adapt, and perform better together.


Includes the path toward Certified Org Topologies Consultant recognition.


Why this bootcamp


AI can make people and teams faster. But speed alone does not guarantee better business results.


Many organizations are now seeing local productivity gains without corresponding gains in overall performance. Teams move faster, yet priorities still collide, dependencies still slow execution, and reorganizations still fail to stick.


We call it the Ferrari Effect: adding fast cars to a jammed highway only makes things worse. Even with fast AI-augmented work, local performance gains do not automatically translate into system-wide improvements.


That is because AI is often added on top of yesterday’s organizational constraints.


This bootcamp is different. It is not primarily about AI as a technology. It is about the structures that enable people and AI to create better results together.


Using the Org Topologies change method and 10X Org concepts, you will learn how to connect strategy with structure, improve change quality through a shared org design language, and get change moving with a practical, experimental mindset.

Rather than adding AI on top of yesterday’s constraints, this bootcamp focuses on how to redesign organizations so people and AI can create better business results together.

Trainer


Alexey Krivitsky is an organizational design advisor, co-creator of Org Topologies, and co-author of 10X Org. He works with leaders and consultants to redesign organizations for higher performance in the age of AI.


Earlier in his career, he served as a Certified Scrum Trainer and Certified LeSS Trainer and trained thousands of practitioners and leaders worldwide.



Get Certified


Upon completing the bootcamp, you will receive an Org Topologies Consultant certificate of attendance.


The class price also includes a path toward Certified Org Topologies Consultant accreditation. Participants who submit a written experience report within 3 months of the course, demonstrating how they applied Org Topologies in practice, will receive the badge and accreditation.


Along the way, you will receive mentorship support from trainers and experts. This is a valuable opportunity to continue learning through practice.


Format


The bootcamp combines three parallel learning threads:


  • Org Topologies theory, models, and principles

  • A realistic end-to-end case through the 10X Org narrative

  • Hands-on work on your own organization or client context using the Org Design Studio


Expect a practical, interactive format with focused teaching, discussion, and applied design work.
