About the event
This class is conducted in English over four 4-hour Zoom sessions, spread across two weeks.
Schedule: 15, 16, 29, 30 April 2026, 11:00 - 15:00 CET.
In this highly interactive online workshop, you will study your current organization, examine its challenges, and redesign it for AI-augmented work with a clear improvement goal.
WHY THIS MATTERS
AI can make people and teams faster. But local speed does not automatically translate into better business performance.
Many organizations are now facing a familiar problem in a new form. They have structures built for narrower roles, fixed handoffs, and slower adaptation, while the environment around them is becoming more dynamic. AI increases the pressure because it amplifies what already exists. In a rigid organization, it can accelerate local output without improving the system as a whole.
That is why org design matters more than ever. To benefit from AI in a lasting way, organizations need to become more fit for purpose. They need the right capabilities, the right structure, and a practical way to evolve without falling into another disruptive reorganization.
This class gives executives, managers, consultants, and change influencers a practical way to study their organization and redesign it with purpose. You will learn how to shape organizations that are more adaptive, more coherent, and better able to turn AI speed into system-wide performance.
