How do you design an organization that aligns with your strategy, empowers teams, and fosters engagement? At Spotify and with clients like XCI, we’ve developed a process we call Collaborative Org Design. This approach integrates strategic context, frameworks like Team Topologies, and product vision to co-create team structures and supporting systems.
The process starts with collaborative workshops to establish design goals and heuristics, ensuring alignment and clarity. Teams then co-design the organization, iterating with a small group before expanding to everyone involved. Finally, the process culminates in a self-selection event, where individuals join the teams that best fit their skills and aspirations while considering strategy, technology, and design heuristics.
Join us to explore how to transform organizational design into an inclusive, engaging, and strategic process that drives both alignment and ownership.

"This training has proven extremely valuable in assessing our progress on our agile journey. An engaging and interactive workshop, where we collectively explored and discovered new insights."

"Thank you so much for igniting/ boosting my inspiration to continue coaching organizations."

"For me OrgTopologies™ concept brought new light and joy into scaling conversations and I would highly recommend it for any organization no matter how far they are on their agile journey."

"Highly recommended! This training shows the disadvantages of how organizations tend to scale and the pitfalls of a framework approach... It shows the way in the transformation journey towards the perfection state of high adaptivity and innovation, with tips and tools to move from working as a group of teams to working as one team (of teams)."
