About the event

In this session, Michael Voorhaen, a PM at Strobbo, will revisit how they used Org Topologies to improve alignment and agility at Strobbo.

He’ll share how we combined the framework with Elevating Katas to tackle challenges, make meaningful changes, and move our teams in the right direction. The original case study ended with an evaluation of our position within Protime. Since then, they’ve progressed and turned to Org Topologies again to help steer them forward.

Michael will give an update on what’s happened since and the lessons they've learned along the way.

"Highly recommended! This training shows the disadvantages of how organizations tend to scale and the pitfalls of a framework approach... It shows the way in the transformation journey towards the perfection state of high adaptivity and innovation, with tips and tools to move from working as a group of teams to working as one team (of teams)."
