About the event
Organizations around the world are investing heavily in AI. Yet many leaders are discovering that deploying AI tools does not automatically lead to transformation. Productivity may increase locally, but the organization itself often remains unchanged.
Why?
Most organizations were never redesigned for AI.
This workshop introduces a powerful principle:
“Redesign, then AI.”
AI dramatically lowers the cost of learning. People can now acquire new capabilities faster, collaborate across domains, and tackle problems that previously required narrowly specialized roles. But traditional organizational structures — built around rigid roles, silos, and ownership boundaries — often prevent organizations from realizing this potential.
In this 4-hour leadership workshop, you will explore the organizational implications of AI and learn how to redesign your organization to unlock its full potential.
Based on the bestselling book 10X Org and the Org Topologies™ org change method, the session will help leaders understand how organizational design influences adaptability, learning, and performance in the age of AI.
In this workshop, you will learn:
Why many AI transformations fail despite major investments
The principle “Redesign, then AI” and what it means in practice
How AI changes the economics of multi-learning inside organizations
How organizational structures influence adaptability and innovation
Practical ways to redesign teams and responsibilities for the age of AI
This session is designed for leaders, executives, transformation leaders, and senior managers who want to understand how organizational design must evolve to remain competitive in the age of AI.
Participants will leave with a new lens for thinking about organizational design and practical ideas for reshaping their organizations for the future of work.
