About the event

UNIQUE FORMAT

The Summit, powered by Org Topologies, creates space for open exchange and the cross-pollination of ideas on how fit-for-purpose organizational design drives performance with people and AI.

Unlike a typical conference with parallel sessions and constant choice-making, stay present and follow the flow. The Summit runs on a single, shared track all day, so no one misses anything, and we all spend a full, long day together!

Expect a curated mix of focused talks, hands-on workshops, engaging simulations, guided group discussions, and practical problem-solving. Come ready to participate, think together, and leave with insights you can use right away to improve your workplace or your consulting offering.

YOUR HOSTS

The key idea behind this Summit is that it’s not a patchwork of talks, as you often see at conferences. Org Topologies Summit is a holistically designed experience, thoughtfully crafted and facilitated from morning espresso to evening beer.

From the morning espresso to the evening beers, the event will be moderated by the Org Topologies creator:

  • Alexey Krivitsky – Org design Coach for product r&d, ex-Certified Scrum Trainer, ex-Certified LeSS Trainer

  • Roland Flemm – Org Design Consultant, Professional Scrum Trainer.

INVITED SPEAKERS

We’ve worked hard to bring together an outstanding line-up of experts and guests. Unlike many conferences, where speakers can feel distant, this Summit is designed for direct engagement. You’ll have real opportunities to interact with them through discussions and hands-on group work.

Our excellent speakers are going to share with you their org design systems, approaches, and recent experiments that drive adaptivity, resilience, and impact:

INVITED EXPERTS

While some of the listed experts will be presenting on stage, others will share their expertise while driving discussions at the tables:

FEMALE SPEAKERS AND EXPERTS WANTED!!!

We are working hard to find and engage women who are experts in the conference themes.

Are you one? Don't hesitate to get in touch with us asap: hi@orgtopologies.com.

These resources can help you find a connection between your expertise and Org Topologies – please consult to offer a relevant experience:

"10X ORG"

The Summit’s headline, “10X ORG: Elevating Business Performance with People and AI,” comes from the Org Topologies book releasing in 2026. The core premise is that lasting performance gains do not come from squeezing more efficiency out of people or layering AI onto existing structures, but from intentionally designing organizations so people can learn, adapt, and create impact—with AI acting as an amplifier, not a replacement.

The Summit's hashtag on LinkedIn is #10XORG.

PROBLEM-SOLVING WITH PERSONA'S APPROACH

We want this Summit to be impactful and hands-on, so you can take ideas back to your organization and apply them. To support this, we’ve defined several key personas and the major challenges they face as they move their organization toward an Adaptive Topology:

  1. Sonia: CEO / Business Leader

    • Sonia’s challenge: How to respond to rising AI-driven expectations from markets, boards, and peers without turning AI into a blunt cost-cutting instrument. How to decide, by what method, the organization should evolve in an AI-saturated landscape where everyone promises efficiency gains, yet few achieve real advantage, and where copying competitors’ AI moves only leads to parity, how to set a clear direction for organizational design that keeps the company relevant, human-centric, and strategically differentiated.

  2. Hanna: HR Director / People Manager

    • Hanna's challenge: How to rebuild the people and rewards system so it no longer punishes sideways moves, boundary-crossing, and multi-learning, because in an Adaptive Topology, those are not “nice to have,” they are the capability that makes change cheap and learning continuous.

  3. Eric: Engineering Director / R&D Leader

    • Eric's challenge: How to keep engineering reliable and fast-flow, while "unpinnig" teams from controlling narrow component lanes to an emergent development network that operates as a synchronized Team-of-Teams that learns and changes direction cheaply when strategy shifts.

  4. Paula: Product Director / Chief Product Officer / Senior Product Manager

    • Paula's challenge: How to preserve the speed and clarity while leaving behind narrow, value-stream ownership. How to properly lead with a product vision in the Adaptive Topology—so teams can swarm on outcomes without slipping back into confusion, handoffs, or endless alignment.

  5. Devi: Senior Developer learning to apply AI augmentation in work

    • Devi's challenge: How to convert her AI-boosted multi-learning into trusted, supported cross-boundary ownership—so “helping where it matters” becomes legitimate work with product, engineering, and HR backing, not a risky personal exception.

The Summit is designed to address these and other personas' challenges together and make the insights relevant to participants' direct application.
