Last week I spent 4 days nerding out about org design in the AI era with people who actually do this work … Collective sense-making is such a powerful thing. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space for it!

Brainstorming the experiments with the Obeya boards, structuring our thinking and turning strategic goals into experiments. … Special thanks to Roland Flemm for facilitating the real-case scenario workshop and helping turn a collection of different perspectives and initial thoughts into meaningful discussions and actionable insights.

We did this as a team exercise last week, gauging where on the map the teams thought they were. And then with Org Topologies, we were able to share our vision on where we want to go next. The great thing is that this helped us stay away from good/bad discussions and focus on something as simple as ‘we are here’ and ‘this is where we want to go next’.

This training has proven extremely valuable in assessing our progress on our agile journey. An engaging and interactive workshop, where we collectively explored and discovered new insights.

For me, OrgTopologies™ concept brought new light and joy into scaling conversations and I would highly recommend it for any organization, no matter how far they are on their agile journey.
